What is the best SMM Panel to buy YouTube views for Google ranking? Which view is the best for that purpose?
Also, is there any blackhat app/website I can use to increase my chances to rank?

It really depends so much on your specific needs. There are plenty of HQ panels here that you can check out in marketplace.

I know viewgrip can be decent for people with low/no budget and low requirements/needs.

You should look out for HR YouTube views. Views with 70-80% watch time is good for ranking on YouTube. For Google, get HR views and some embedded backlinks.

No panels have views that actually increase rankings on Google. Also no panels can currently provide watch time hours as the ability was recently broken.
