SMM Panel that provides more than 2mi IG followers

I work for an marketing agency that has many customers interested to do some considerable investment on IG followers, for example buying between 2, 5 and 10 million.
Any company or SMM panel that could provide this kind of services?

You can't buy that many fake followers and not run into any hiccups. Besides, are you clients going to be happy when they find out the followers are fake and hurting them in the eyes of the IG algo?

Well, the final customers has IG profiles with more than 5, 8, 10 million followers and they are totally fine if the followers are not active profiles.
And yes, I know the consequences and customers know about that too... and you don't have to judge, we are not dumb.
