SMM Panel Reply Feature Question

Hello guys, i have some questions that i coudn't find answers. I guess twitterdub is suitable for me but i am not sure if it still works, because it is too old. I am open to any advice. I might think susocial too.

I need the Auto reply feature for Twitter. Is it possible to target some accounts and send replies for their every future tweet.
I think it's possible to pick keywords and respond to tweets containing those keywords.
Can we do both? Or can I select some of the accounts to do the first and some to do the second?
Is there a limit for the accounts, can I do this with as many accounts as I want?
And i guess i need to buy proxy too, could you tell me about this process

Also i have to buy accounts, so is there a place you recommend?

And I'm open to any advice you can give to avoid banning accounts.

Twitterdub may be old but it gets updated regularly enough that it should work fine with whatever state Twitter is in right now. Last I checked, it had autoreply feature, but you can also get a tool for that sort of thing. If you can manage the accounts' activity and the IPs you use correctly, you should get decent account longevity.

yes, but I'm guessing by 'keywords' you meant hashtags

If I can specify some hashtags on Twitterdub and reply to tweets sent with that hashtag, or if I can specify a few users and have automatic replies written under all their tweets, it's okay.

Do i need proxy or what should I pay attention to when buying accounts for this feature?
