SMM Panel - Need Your Views

Hello i have few questions and i know here are many who can help me.
You know there are many SMM panels services providers and i notice - they provide YouTube views service with Lifetime guarantee.
But many times after few months or sometime few days - views dropped and Support team said YouTube Update and they will refill.
They also provide - Real Active Views Service too.
So my question is - Which views service is better which never drops - i mean when they mention lifetime then we think it's a non-drop service, but views drops.
I rarely used Real Active Views (RAV) service. So don't confirm about this.

So is anyone 100% sure - about any service related to YouTube views which never drop, then please suggest.

Life time just mean if it drop they will refill it.
 
Some will drop for sure but there are some very strong ones that have a very solid system/process.

As staff I cannot recommend but I have done SEO for one that I know is spot on and I would consider the best.

He also may be the largest provider of YT views and ranks for some real nice KWs + is branching out into languages other than English which most of us like to rank for when it comes to our sites.

But, you'll not find perfection as stuff drops when using any service for YT or any other social media site.

I dont knnow if that panel exists. I tried ordering 1000 views it didnt drop though but they only delivered 260 so they refunded it.

I just checked out there website. they still seem legit and they accept paypal......
