SMM-Labs services no longer work & won't answer support tickets

    Have been using SSM-Labs for a few months and it's been a perfect service. Then about 2 weeks ago everything went to shit. Whenever I put on an order, it wouldn't move out of 'processing'. I sent support tickets (which in the past would of been answered within hours) and did not get any response for about 5 days. When they did finally respond they just cancelled the order and said it wouldn't happen again. So I reordered and (surprise, surprise) the new orders ended up stuck 'processing' too. I sent another ticket and after about 4 days the order was cancelled but they did not respond to my ticket. I decided I'd had enough and sent one last ticket demanding a refund of account balance. So far, I've heard nothing back - and doubt I will.

    @Titanitex hasn't been on the forum since the 15th of June so I haven't tried PM'ing him here.

    I can back up everything OP has said, I've had nothing but problems with SMM-Labs. Can't get my orders completed and they refuse to refund my balance.

    Those TOS aren't worth the paper they are written on.

    Sellers cannot offer to refund back to your account on a service that does not work, they MUST refund back in full to your payment method.

    I don't think he's coming back. All tickets are now being ignored on the website whereas before they wouldn't respond to tickets but orders would get cancelled.
    He's done a runner.

    If you are within the 180 day period and paid by Paypal, in this case I suggest you go down that route this time around.

    Looks like the guy/team has run away. There is no response to support tickets for almost 15 days now. The only way out of this would be to file a dispute with Paypal.

    @Titanitex is perma banned.

    I suggest anyone who has funds tied up there, gets straight in touch with PP or your card company and raise disputes there.

    Thanks for the info I sent funds via PP and he hasn't responded to my tickets to add to account. I believe I have to go through CC cause I used FF on PP. Live and learn.

    I feel the same way. His customer service was incredible, Youtube services was among the best on the market and was the only panel where I went into their thread on BHW to tell everyone how good my experience with them was. Sad to see it end like this.
