Have been using SSM-Labs for a few months and it's been a perfect service. Then about 2 weeks ago everything went to shit. Whenever I put on an order, it wouldn't move out of 'processing'. I sent support tickets (which in the past would of been answered within hours) and did not get any response for about 5 days. When they did finally respond they just cancelled the order and said it wouldn't happen again. So I reordered and (surprise, surprise) the new orders ended up stuck 'processing' too. I sent another ticket and after about 4 days the order was cancelled but they did not respond to my ticket. I decided I'd had enough and sent one last ticket demanding a refund of account balance. So far, I've heard nothing back - and doubt I will. @Titanitex hasn't been on the forum since the 15th of June so I haven't tried PM'ing him here.
