Hi! The 28 of November I've ordered some Instagram Story Views. I insert orders screenshot.

The problem is that the orders 748144, 748261 749017 and 754055 were not delivered despite they appear as completed.








I've contacted support through ticket in their webpage adding screenshots of the stories without the amount of views and they answered me that they cannot guarantee that service (despite they offer in their site!) and insisting that the orderers were completed, when they weren't.





As the service was not provided and neither is guaranteed I'm asking for a refund of the funds used on orders 748144, 748261 749017 and 754055, and once the balance is back I want the funds back on PayPal as the noted they can do on their post here in BHW.

Hi there again, due to our refund policy we refund only the remaining balance on the account, as the rest of it you have already used to place orders, you can see the completion of orders is confirmed, about the guarantee, i don't see any proof and you just don't have it, because neither in the service name

we didn't mention that this one is guaranteed, nevertheless, I accept your refund claim and can refund it within the next 24 after you will provide me details in PM to which PayPal you want or just the same you used for deposit

I want to underline again, that i don't agree that we scammed you or something similar, your experience and maybe mistake of not taking a good look into service name and description made you open this shitlist.
I don't want to spoil my reputation and send a continuous message here, so i made such decision
