I know there are various points of view on the value of meta tags, but I found this code on a competitors web site.
They are updating the google bot Database with new as opposed to the old stuff google keeps. But what is the content code about??

<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>Dog biscuits, best dog biscuits</TITLE>
<LINK REL="STYLESHEET" HREF="mystyles.css"><META NAME="verify-v1"
CONTENT="DKFr3bRqPx2tp6BADZqsxprBonArnxhDOFkt7Foiw4="><META NAME="DESCRIPTION"
CONTENT="Dog Biscuit guide."><META NAME="KEYWORDS"
CONTENT=" finding the right dog biscuit"><META NAME="ROBOTS"
CONTENT="NOODP"><META NAME="GOOGLEBOT" CONTENT="NOODP">

<META NAME="verify-v1"
CONTENT="DKFr3bRqPx2tp6BADZqsxprBonArnxhDOFkt7Foiw 4=">

Google webmaster tools verification tag

<META NAME="ROBOTS"
CONTENT="NOODP">
<META NAME="GOOGLEBOT" CONTENT="NOODP">

This means that the robots should not take title and description from the open directory project (dmoz)

nothing abnormal with the meta tags

Thanks catchme. So why do I have to type in keywords and stuff when they didnt seem to have any.

I just thought it was some kinda auto generating keyword, description, and title stuffer.

I wish
