I came to know SmallWebKings through one of my threads and I was looking for people who were willing to do CPA approvals.
Eventually we came to a JV where he would provide me with CPA accounts while I pay him a fixed fee every month. It was good money for literall doing nothing if no CPA accounts had been banned,etc.
I had given him a long list of CPA network accounts to get and he said he could get them easily since he used to be an affiliate manager at some network.
Throughout the course of the JV, he keeps asking for money because he needed money to survive and out of pity I lended it to him, thinking that it would at least keep him going for the month and our JV can continue without problems. You can see after sending him the money, he thanks me.
At first, he provided me with some accounts but many of which were not in the list I had given him. I confront him many times about this. Some of the accounts he provided me also seemed to get banned after a while.
He suddenly has this brilliant idea of using a CPA network as a front to get accounts from networks because it would make it more credible. I didn't like the idea, since he told me he could take care of everything himself and how he was an AM with many friends in the CPA industry. This was totally against our JV.
After a long while of not seeing accounts from him, I decide to give in. I went with the hasoffers trial and bought the domain names,etc. He told me that I would only need it for the trial and not have to go pass the 2nd month.
He proceeds to setup the network website and for a while I did not manage to monitor what he was doing. I contact him one day and finds that his plan only helped to get a few accounts, which was slow progress according to what he told me he could do. He tells me that we need to extend hasoffers past the 1st month because Affpaying would not put our review up because we were still new in the CPA arena. I believe him and let things slide. I even lend him another $50 because he apparently didn't have money for his bills. He also promises he will pay for the suscription of hasoffers in the 2nd month and asked me not to cancel.

He was JV-ing accounts that were supposed to be for OUR JV out, along with MANY other network accounts that he never told me he had. I had a lot of questions and wanted to confront him about his motives.This made me furious and I was unable to contact him for a while. I threaten to cancel hasoffers on Skype and he gets back to me. We have an arguement and I wanted to call off the JV. He asks for some of his accounts back, I had no problems but I wanted my money back. He wanted me to hand over the accounts first before he would give me back my money. I had lended him the money without question first and he expects me to be the one getting the short end of the stick again? Fat chance.
I confront him about what he is doing and he gives me many bullshit reasons. He first tells me that he was making contact with JVs, which I don't understand why he has to.
I decide to give him 1 last chance, if it still didn't work out then the JV would be called off and he would have to return me all the money I had lend him when he needed them so urgently. Bad move. He assures me Affpaying will approve our network and we could get more accounts soon.
About 1 week later, I don't see him online on Skype and I decide to wait a few days more. True enough, he deletes me off Skype and does not reply email or PMs sent here on BHW to him. I believe it is because Affpaying still did not put our network review up. He saw it coming and kicked me off first. By now, Hasoffers trial period was over and I was left with the bill while he took off. He also changed many of the login information that was used under MY hasoffer accounts to get. **More PROOF available, can't post due to maximum attachments per post**
