Skype Tool Needed

I would like to have a Skype Video Recorder for a specific site. There are many open source Skype Video Recorders, however, all enable the person recording to save the video on their computer. I need an open source video recorder that will also enable the user to save video either on their home computer OR on our website platform in their admin panel.

I have the open source links to the programs and I am sure those that are experts in this field have their own they can use. Need this done asap.

Should be a Windows, .exe, desktop applications.
