Skype customer support is the worst

It's been more than 10 days since my skype account was hacked by a shit and I am trying to recover my account from that day and skype is just kidding with me.. they dont have a fucking phone number to contact..all they have is an email support which takes 24-48 hours to send a reply.. This is the worst nightmare I am going through trust me !!! My skype account has been hacked 2 years ago too and it took 2-3 hours to recover my account.This time it will take 2-3 months I am sure :/ I know its maybe off topic or boring topic for you but I thought I must share my experience I am having with skype ..

Be thankful you haven't had to deal with Instagram yet. Everything is automated unless you suck it up and directly email Community Director Dan Toffey. Which he loves, let me tell you.

I just contacted their live chat now and they said my case is already sent to the higher level support !!! hahaah wtf are they investigating with my account?? my account was hacked..they will just need to verify me if i am the account owner or not and give me access..thats it !! .. it should not take more than 10 minutes.. Maybe tomorrow they will say that ..your case has been sent to CIA for further investigation I am totally fucked up

That's a pretty general thing that they would do. Protocols like that exist to protect you AND them.

OP - This issue is getting common, so many skype users got hacked by virus, my client told me same issues 2 days ago. I asked him how it was happened? He said, you will get link from any person in your contact list as you click it YOUR SKYPE will be closed and now its HACKED you can't sign-in anymore...........F*****K skype.
