Skipping High Paypal Fees

I'm not sure where in the forum this belongs or if it is widespread information. I didn't know about it till awhile ago and I hope it helps somebody.

Just so you guys know, I only just realized this and I am not sure if it works or not. If anyone tries it, let me know; I'd really appreciate it.

Most people who deal with large volumes of small payments know this. It doesn't work with individual normal sized payments (I don't remember specifics).

Interesting video... this will definitely help me long term since my PayPal transactions are $100+ every time up to $300.

Last week PP took out $24 and some change for a $300-400 transaction.

Can't watch te video due fucking flash giving me green sceen and crashing it. But i think its about mass payment?

these days even the personal payment fee is quite big i think. wasn't it really low when it first came ? Ofc lots of people abusing it so no wonder, though who wants pay super high fees for all payments.

It is about mass payment. The video is about 2 years old, I believe and the man says the sender is charged $1.50 and the one who receives it is not billed anything. I hope it still works this way. One of the comments is quite interesting though; it says if you send payment and say it is a gift, neither parties are charged anything. I doubt it though but I never tried it myself.

Back when, this was great, it charged 2% but no more than 1 USD per payment, however, it's no longer allowed by default, you need to get approved manually by them and well, a bit of a lost cause :/ thanks for sharing either way

Damn I was afraid of that. Thanks for the info though, it cleared things up for me. Does anybody know how to go about closing a thread? I don't really see any point of keeping it up anymore.

Guess I'll report my own post. That should do it, yes?
