Sites4u is a scammer

I was searching for adwords threshold accounts and this guy @Sites4u contacted me offering for 40$ for acc, I bought it from him 24th of March and got no response after that date, it appears he logined on bhw after that and ignored my messages. Also I contacted them via the form on their websites but no answer or anything..
I can provide which screens are needed (PM talk here or my Paypal payment to him )

attaching the screens from bhw PM and also my CC invoice and email which I received after i bough it .
Before creating this thread I also messaged him about my intention once again (the previous msg from he apparently he read), but he never logined after that

Information For The Accused
@Sites4u , you have 48 hours to respond to this shit list thread. If you do not respond within 48 hours, the decision will be made in favour of the Shit Lister and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World.
