I made some changes to my site, I did a permanent 301 redirect from a mysite.com to a http://www.mysite.com
I also changed the permalink structure of my wordpress site to make it more seo friendly and changed some post slugs which I found to be kinda bad.
From what I been reading all 3 of those steps could cost me traffic as google still has the old permalinks cached and could take them some time to re-index all my urls.
Should i just ping the hell out of all my pages (use one of those fast indexers) and try to get them reindexed as soon as possible? Is this my only option?
