    I have 443 backlinks in https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com but when I do site:www.domainname.com I have 0

    15k links are indexed by Google, but no backlinks shown. I used to have 1 backlink in google, they yahoo business directory, but they removed it for some reason...

    Any ideas? Thanks...

    YSI always shows more links... And don't worry if your links don't show up in Google. They are good as long as they bring you +ve SERP changes.

    This shows your indexed pages, not backlinks. Use link:www.domainname.com Again this won't show you all backlinks indexed in G0ogle. You have to log into your webmaster account to see the actual real count.
