Site Take out - Black Hat Sand Box

I have a friend that have been giving a negative rap online. The page ranks in top 3 and the site is an "authority site" I need to get the negative blog review off the first page, any ideas?

how do I beat a site like that and push it off the first page.

RM is not as easy as it sounds. Still I would advice you to make profiles at few authority sites like twitter/fb/youtube and bombard them with links ..you might rank them ..and it will make that site ( the target site) to appear lower in serp.
