Had the same problem. Made 5 new websites and only one is not getting indexed. did a lot to get G to index my site but just now (after 7 days) it is indexed.

do unique article submission,directory submission,SB.please use google tools for your page.verify that.after that google crawl that page and got index.!

if youre on wordpress, use the wassup plugin to check if the googlebot has crawled on your website. this helps to eliminate the possibility that you have disabled indexing on your website.

Just get a backlink from any of your other already indexed website. Then after 2 days search the yoursite.tld in google. If you do not find it then it is sandboxed.
Probable reason could have been due to buying an old banned/bad/duplicate content website.
