Site not getting indexed !!

I just opened a site, throwed up an wordpress theme and an unique 1k+ article. It has passed 1 week since I registered the domain, but SE are still not indexing it. What should I do?

Did you check to make sure its indexable? WP by default now comes set to not index, not follow. I think its in privacy settings. Just something too check, I just had the same thing happen lol.

That was the most important point! Secondly, to speed up the process, register the site inside Google Webmasters Tools and configure the Sitemap section.
For Wordpress, I highly recommend using the plugin called Google XML Sitemaps. It will automatically generate a Google friendly sitemap, update it whenever new posts are made and also tell Google about this update...all automatically!

As stated check your privacy settings, then get the following plugins cbnet ping optimizer, Google XML Sitemaps and ultimate seo.

Have you tried using google analytics and google webmaster tools ? I have used them both, and I can get my site indexed in 1 day. Isn't it awesome ? You should try it.

you must wait google bot to crawl the site before will get index

Backlinks, backlinks and then few backlinks:
Social bookmarks
pinging
forums
article directories
etc...

Donate to BHW, Add a link in you signature, Get Indexed

As said above, make sure you're indexable.

If you are, then build some backlinks or use the scrapebox rapid indexer if you own scrapebox. If you don't then go to a bunch of whois type sites and input your URL to try and get indexed.

I use xml sitemaps, analytics and webmastertools in my blogs to get indexed within a day.

Privacy settings are ok, I've also made some backlinking campaigns. Installed privacy and sitemaps plugin. Still not indexed.

Add it to your Google Webmaster tools account. If you don't have one, get one then add it.

Shorten the url with bit.ly, then PM me the link.
It will be indexed in a few hours max unless the domain got deindexed at some point for something stupid. It is a dropped domain?

If you have problems with something so SIMPLE as getting a site indexed....then you might as well %$#@ give up right now when it comes to SEO itself.
I even offered to waste my time to get your site indexed for you..for the "payment" of the thanks button..wow..
Yet you are so clueless that you didnt even bother to respond..and then amazingly still %$#@ complain that your site is not indexed.
My Offer is closed of course..
