This came to my attention a few days ago. A client of ours is saying that his site's loading speed in extremely low. Well the checked up for technical issues but couldn't find any reason for this cause.

Even we changes the theme loading simple one but still no change. We also contacted the hosting company but their response is that couldn't find any cause too. We are still now also looking every possible aspect that might have caused.

Check the site using tools.pingdom.com - they provide a utility that will show you the root cause.

    Is the client using Cloudflare?

I suggest to check the speed test @ pagespeed insights and use the theme minify plugin or use online minify tool.

You should consider implementing Cloudflare. They offer a free plan and the CDN can considerably speed up a site. Do you mind posting the results of the pingdom speed tests for the clients site, so we may assist you better.

The site is now fine. It was probably a hosting error. The hosting company contacted us and they informed us about their fault.
