Your basic structure looks good i would not worry about using a fixed number of H2 or H3 tags just use them to organize the content naturally I’d also focus on page speed mobile usability clean URLs internal linking canonical tags and proper schema where relevant most importantly make sure the content actually satisfies the search intent rather than aiming for a specific word count

hey you are on the right track.

H1 once is good, but H3 isn't mandatory use it only when you need another level of structure. I'd also focus heavily on clean URLs, title/meta descriptions, canonical tags, internal linking, schema, XML sitemap, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals, mobile UX, image optimization, and making sure important pages are crawlable indexable. Content quality and search intent matter more than hitting a specific 500–800 word count.
