You are on the right track, but i would not focus too much on the numbers of H2.

For laravel Site:
One clear H1
Use H2/H3 logically
Write unique, useful title tag & meta description for every page.
Clean URLs
Important pages are crawlable & internally linked.
Create & maintain XML Sitemap
Use canonical tags
Alt text images
Structured data

Your basic structure looks good i would not worry about using a fixed number of H2 or H3 tags just use them to organize the content naturally I’d also focus on page speed mobile usability clean URLs internal linking canonical tags and proper schema where relevant most importantly make sure the content actually satisfies the search intent rather than aiming for a specific word count
