before you write anything, make sure to analyze the keyword competition. If you're going after a keyword that has stronger sites ranking already then no matter what you do it's useless, unless you have a lot of patience and a lot of money.

a) Look for keywords with the following characteristics:
1. User Generated Content in top positions (forums, q&a type sites etc.)
2. Weak sites in top positions (you can use DA or any other metric as a bulk check)
3. Larger sites but not targeting the keyword at all (this will take more time to rank for but you can do it)

b) The next thing is to understand search intent. You want to put yourself in the shoes of the person typing in the search query and then write your content. Answer the fucking query, that is all you need.

c) Once you have all that, for on page just worry about the following:

1. keyword or a smart variation of it in the page title & H1 (al my sites h1 = page title, same thing)
2. alt tags describing your images (don't kw stuff here)
3. use schema wherever you can (product, faqs, lists etc.)

d) interlink all of your related articles, make sure each article has at least 3 or 4 incoming links from other articles on your site.

e) optimize site speed: use a CDN, cache plugin, compress images, minify/combine javascript & css,


This is all you need, the rest is off page

P.S. H1, H2, H3 etc.. is just a hierarchy,


H1 - Cars
H2 -------- SUVs
H3----------------- Toyota Rav 4
H2 ---------Sedans
H3 ------------------Toyota Camry

• Target good keywords, have them in title, in the text, alt of images etc, but dont put too much where is not needed, google will detect that and penalize you
• H1 is good for google, you should have 1, use H2 or H3 to separate blocks of texts, etc, they are not as much important for google as they are for your readers, bad formatting will cause your readers to go away faster and that will impact your SEO
• make natural backlinks, put your blog out in the world on some forums, signatures, make tweets and facebook posts(but make sure you get some shares/retweets)

If you are targeting Netherlands only then ideally you should get a .nl tld. It will help. Having a .com tld is also not bad either, but .nl will make your job easier.

Regarding your original SEO query - Try to use plenty of images and optimize them with alt and title tags. Also make sure you embed a video from You Tube in your posts / articles, if possible. Remember, Google loves the pages that provide detailed information on the topic via maximum ways possible.

these are some of my tips.
you are not doing black hat so you can take it slowly and naturally, not much can go wrong, good luck
