Site dropped in google Backlinks?

Hey,I am Back,
Finally google dance ended,took about a month,now what should I do not to get back in google dance again,should I start building links again?

you shouldn't have stopped building them. A consistent flow is key. Fits and starts of bunches of backlinks quickly then none for a long time is a red flag.
