Site Changes Advice

My blog is only a few months old. I'm starting to see a decrease in visits. I try to post often and work on SEO. I'm looking for advice as to what I can change about the site as it stands now. I've been trying to increase my google page rank but haven't see any changes. My Alexa rank keeps decreasing so I'm wondering why my visits hasn't increased. I'm not sure if my layout and look are hurting me. Any advice is welcome and appreciated.

It looks like you have some useful content on there. Have you tried tracking user behavior ont the site at all? Sometimes when you do that you can see if layout or content makes people leave. Have you been sharing your content on social networks? If not, that is a great way to get more traffic. Also make sure you are posting consistently such as once a week or twice a week. Having an editroial calendar really helps.
