I would suggest you educate yourself a bit on SEO before you start paying for services like a link building service. Chances are that you will destroy your domain because you will be getting extremely low value or automated links pointing to your brand new site, basically cutting your domain's legs off before it can even walk.

I get it. Can you recommend what kind of articles I should read on bhw?
 
If you are willing to purchase links from marketplace you need to have patience till all links got lindexed if not then you can use your strategy to make it index.
 
What kind of links did you buy, what does the seller say about indexing. If after a month it doesn’t index then use link indexing tools, or if you’re in a hurry then Reddit do follow links can work
 
You definitely don't want to spend money if you don't know what you're doing.

There are tons of journey threads and case studies you can read and see what works for people, how they build links and how much it costs.
 
Wait until the link index. If it is more than a month use indexer tools.

If you are going to buy links or SEO packages please ask the seller about the services and ask specifically how it will help your site(s).

Any decent provider will be glad to look your site over to see if it makes sense for them to sell you their services.
