Gsniper is not that bad, I made 3 sites using this technique and they all had more than 7000 results in quotation marks. It's more important to check out the first page of google for the keyword without quotation marks, and see if you could possibly outrank them. For example if you see a forum page there, you would probably outrank it. My 3 sites are all on page 1 for my keyword.
