Don't worry it will come back.probably its a G dance.one of mine also took a moderate hit after the G update.one solution might be to drip feed high quality links to your site, 50-100 per day and begin adding more quality content.i hope it will stay inn a proper spot.

wait for 3-4 weeks to reach to the conclusion, it is most probably google dance, in the mean time you can get some social signals

This is called the Google dance. Just keep building backlinks and wait it out before you jump into any conclusions.
