I haven't noticed that it's always in graphics but the spam right now is all from the same account so that's why it's similar. Anyway, it happens literally every single night and has been this way for years. We also get someone making a thread to complain about it almost every day. Admin and mods are very aware of the spam so if they're not doing anything it's by choice. I think the forum is supposed to be upgraded soon so maybe they'll implement something then but maybe not. I don't even notice it anymore.

I believe because BHW gets indexed in Google very quickly, and tends to rank pretty well. Therefore, the spammer hopes to capitalize on that. So next time when someone googles "[insert country name]" and "black magic" or "love specialist" or "divorce specialist" they will see these BHW indexed links. Even though it had been removed by our mods, the search results still show's the post's title in the search engine results - the phone number to contact their service, which is sufficient for the spammer and the 'guru'. It also further strengthens my theory since the spammer's thread content is the exactly the same as the thread's title with no additional info, and why the spammer is so persistent in doing it over and over despite he/she knows the thread will get deleted quickly.
I believe BHW may be able to stop the spams if they blacklist the phone number ("exact match" filtering) so posts/threads can't be made if the number is placed in the thread's title or post, and add that phone number to their 'disallowed' words/terms like how d0follow comes ********
Just try to type any country names along with the spammer's keywords... say New Zealand Black Magic. And you will see BHW's link ranking first in Google. And the thread's title is showing the contact number for the service.
And the contact number always seems to be the same: 91 99147032 22
And it seems to be working very well for the spammer, therefore he/she is doing it so persistently (just google BlackHatWorld black magic or Blackhatworld love specialist and see the amounts of spams that are still indexed, despite our mods had long deleted them).
So I guess doing an exact match to blacklist that number may be able to stop the spams. Alternatively, blacklisting the number so this will dampen the spammer's spirits since he/she won't be able to achieve their objective anymore. And also, maybe use webmasters tools to remove all those indexed links.

A reCAPTCHA for the creation of new threads by fresh users wouldn't solve the problem completely (captcha services), but decrease spam posted by poor bots.

There's already a captcha on account creation, which the bots get through just fine. Any more captcha checks would be just an inconvenience for real users, and a complete non-issue for the bots.
According to @Diamond Damien, BHW gets "5-10 reports of spam a day." At this point, there are probably more people repeating the spammed keywords than there are spammers posting them in the first place.

Plausibly because it has low traffic. If the posts get past the homepage, they are more likely to stay live.
This is 100% correct. In particular, the ideal goal is for them to get the featured snippet.

It's a lovely idea that becomes a whack a mole. We block - they change numbers. As the number of posts is relatively small at the moment we manage with our regular blocking techniques. Re the indexing - whilst we get pages indexed in hours, the speed pages are de-indexed at isn't something we control.
These are just the ones you see - they post all over, we appreciate all the help we get from users and their use of report buttons. Just hit report under the post/thread in question and it gets dealt with.
