I think if you go to school especially when the economy is bad they should do something to adjust the loan or offer more incentives if paid early. Either way you can never get rid of the load until you pay it off. At least they dont cut you deep with interest rates.

What courses did you take? $200k is a lot for one person.
Anesthesia, actually nurse anesthesia. But it still doesn't come with a physician salary.
