use any video/photo app to put different videos on the same layout, unfold had those options if I'm not wrong.

As @perrymason said, just use any video editing tool. You just have to crop both video in order for them to fit into the screen.
This is really easy work, there are even free online editors. Otherwise just hire a VA for a few bucks.

understood bro, I found an app which can put videos together with white space above and then using another app I'm adding text on the white space.. Thank a lot

You can try a online tool called Kapwing collage it allows you to place multiple videos side by side.Just upload and position the video and it has so many other features adding music,watermark etc
Give it a try.
