If your worried if you know photoshop you can just re edit the pics so that
it will look unique

Every Shutterstock picture can be traced back to the original author/photographer. I would suggest NOT using them unless you intend to pay for them, because it is illegal and could get you in a lot of trouble

To avoid problems you can purchase or hire freelance designer for better images.

well, I have a subsciption on shutterstock and every month around 250 downloads remain unused during last week. I sell these downloads for like 35$ to 40$. I once came across an archive that contained about 50 images & all of them matched downloads from my account. I was never questioned about any copyright infringement from shutterstock. Its been couple of months. Dont think its possible for them to keep a track of their huge database.

You can using online tools https://getallstock.com for download image on istock with $0.1 per one stock max size or vector.

I have some photos that I do not know if they are paid, I already searched these photos on search sites like tineye for example .. and the site indicated 0 results for my search ie .. the photo may be unique. should i trust?
