This customer only spams on BHW, and he was warned about this by BHW moderators. The user's balances were refunded on 17.09.2024, screenshots are attached.The user was trying to undermine the sales issue by writing to BHW about orders that he never forwarded to us, and the necessary evidence was provided to BHW moderators.

Technically, only one partial refund is allowed per order. When the partial refund was issued, the follower count was as required. In case of a decrease, the customer is supposed to use the refill button but is now requesting another partial refund. Out of respect for your time, we have refunded the remaining balance for his orders which are sent, even though the issue did not originate from us.

I would like to clarify my side of the issue mentioned. My account on this The website has been banned, and I am concerned that there may be issues with my The oldorders in the future due to this.

Yes, I registered on the platform before they had a sales thread on BHW, but I did not actively use it at that time. Once I saw their thread on BHW, I decided to work with them.

Another point I'd like to clarify is that all my payments were made through Perfect Money, not through Visa. I used a virtual Visa card, and I informed them that it was a virtual card and that its balance had expired. When they refunded the money, they refunded it to that virtual Visa card despite me notifying them beforehand that it would not be accessible. I told them that the payments were made using Perfect Money and requested that the refunds be sent to my Perfect Money account, but they insisted on sending it to the virtual Visa, causing me to lose that amount.

After I raised the issue here on BHW, they resolved my orders and refunded my remaining balance to my Perfect Money account, but the initial amount refunded to the virtual Visa was never received, as I had already warned them.

Note: The refunds sent to the virtual Visa card were for other orders, and that money never reached me.

I do not believe it is fair to wait a year for a resolution. My main issue now is the money that was refunded to the virtual Visa card, which was never received and cannot be accessed. I request that this amount be refunded to my Perfect Money account as that is how I made the payments.

Additionally, the banning of my account has left many orders that could potentially cause future problems, which I would like to resolve.

I also notice that several other customers have faced similar issues and posted about it here on BHW.

The refund was processed at 22:40, and at 22:43, the customer requested the refund be sent to their Perfect Money account. The refund was issued to the customer's credit card because Perfect Money charges a commission on every transaction. To avoid this, the refund was processed to the card that the customer originally used for payment, and also these credit card payments are also made by him and we can choose Perfect Money or credit card when refunding. There is no issue about that.

Our Refund Policy in our BHW sales thread clearly states:

"We generally prefer to refund your original payment method, but we reserve the right to choose a different payment method. We may suspend your account after your refund is processed."

He is trying to manipulate the situation by falsely claiming they informed us beforehand .We request that you take action against this customer, as they are constantly attempting to manipulate the situation with false statements and using the BHW forum as a means to threaten sellers. This customer is not here to genuinely seek services on BHW, but instead to scam sellers.I am sharing with you the customer's true intention: after receiving their refund via Perfect Money, they plan to file a dispute with their bank in an attempt to receive a second refund for the same transaction. If there is another user with a complaint, they should contact us. We have not received any complaints, including the customer who opened this issue. I am writing to file a dispute against the website smmcost.com. Despite making multiple purchases, I have encountered numerous issues with their services. Orders are either not delivered as promised or are significantly delayed, which has caused me to incur substantial losses.

Furthermore, their customer support is extremely unresponsive and often provides generic, bot-like responses that do not address my concerns or resolve the issues at hand. I have made several attempts to get assistance, but the lack of proper support is frustrating and unprofessional.

I am requesting your intervention to help resolve this matter as I believe I have been unfairly treated and am not receiving the services I paid for.

It was the same situation with me as you can see from previous messages, i just got banned on their panel after writing here on BlackHatWorld about them, thanks to them i can't even check for orders that clients asked info about, but yeah, you get what you pay for at the end.. they'll find a way to say that you're wrong, at this point i don't know what to say anymore tbh. How i'm trying to defame your brand if everybody else is saying the same thing? If everything was working properly i wouldn't say anything, stop answering with this non sense ''defame our brand'', and if everything was working properly the other people wouldn't be here opening threads for like 50 different orders that didn't finish, or am i wrong? Telegram is the WORST way to provide customer service and should I see one more complaint I'll have to act in a way that you will find distasteful.
