Yeah that's the best space in that office (it's a community centre consisting of many companies). We chose this room specifically because of that view. It's like $300 more per month, but worth it.
Yeah.. We got extra seats for that actually. The $300 is not totally wasted. That room is a 10 seater. We only have 6 people in the Indian team but still, we are paying the extra money so that we can keep that room. The rent is very cheap considering what we get in return. Per seat is like $120. For that we get, space + electricity and air conditioning + internet + free coffee + chairs & desks + free cleaning and maintenance etc. Really tough to beat that for the price.
