Hey guys, I keep getting people who want to pay for shoutouts on my IG. Someone want to promote something in my niche which he/she gave me a link to a amazon product. Should I do it? How does that benefit them if the link isn't clickable?

I would do it, as long as you don't think it's detrimental to your account - like you don't want something too obviously spammy.

How will it benefit, I don't know maybe Google still picks up the URL mention? Or maybe some people will just copy the link even if it's not clickable.

Thanks! I will try it even though the seller doesn't have a IG account. I don't think he /she will get any sales. People in IG like to see someone with a IG account and then click on their bio links.

Before you start thinking about them, think how relevant the product is to your followers.

Regarding their intentions, you never know, maybe they are test a hypothesis in real time.
