Ya it looks good. I assume it's an informational query, not a commercial? If so, it may explain the lack of competition in adwords, check who ranks on top for this keyword and you should see if you can take on them.
 
Don't base a keyword or niche just off numbers like these. What you showed looked fine... just make sure its a profitable keyword/niche that you can actually convert. If nobody else is making money on this keyword you may want to game plan it a bit. Look deeper and see if/how others are making money here.

That depends entirely upon your SEO ability. In general it looks doable, if you have some knowledge and patience I see nothing too big.

Honestly, for a good ranking and optimization of your website, there is no way you will evade doing the keywords. This in fact is the best and easy way for you to deal with ranking. I know it is always a very involving task but when you plan well, I am so sure you will not go through difficulties.

the data you posted isn't enough to judge for me , btw don't trust automated metrics results for keyword difficulty .....
 
Looks good enough so far, check backlink profiles in ahrefs if you want to get a clearer picture. And as said, tools just give you a hint and sometimes they miss, you need to evaluate with your own eyes and mind and to do that you need knowledge of what is good and what is bad. I learn mostly through trial and error, otherwise there is a bunch of info on here about keyword research and analysing backlinks/spam etc.
 
Looks super easy. As long as you have a sound strategy you should rank no problem. Looks like you are using the right tools, so now just make sure to do things ethically and you will be good to go. Cheers and good luck!
 
It'll be easy to rank, but you'll need about 1,000 of them to make any money.
