Depends on your volume and how many emails get spammed. As a rule of thumb, use another domain for outreach, since your main moneysite would need emails for regular day to day work. So if your site is moneysite.com, you can buy moneysite.org, do a redirect to the moneysite.com and use the moneysite.org domain for email outreach.

This is a very useful tip. It will keep your main domain safe too.
Using professional email for outreach campaign is always good. Whenever I receive any generic email for link request I ignore it because it just looks unprofessional and spammy.
Serious people use professional emails for outreach.

Never use your moneysite domain for cold mailing or even in contact form spamming.
If people would start reporting it as spam, then there is a high chance of getting in the list of spamhaus and other spam prevention services.
Domains are cheap nowadays, so get a similar domain name and use it for redirection to your money site.

Use your professional email id. Because it shows your website address and sometimes keeps email filters from marking your email as spam.

You can use your personal e-mail for outreach as well. The main thing is to provide in the email as detailed data as possible about your site (you can make a screenshot of your statistics from Ahrefs). Write to new and growing sites.

@Waifu_tatyana this is actually the best practice in email marketing outreach. I don't think using a personal email is a good idea tho, no matter the volume. But that's just me.
