Hi guys, I have a bit of a dilemma here. I am an affiliate marketer and I am planning to get traffic using SEO. Lately I have been noticing that medium indexes posts and I have seen some ranking on the first page. I literally just saw an article posted 4 days ago and it ranked on the first page. My dilemma is should i post my articles on medium or start my own blog? Which way do you think I could get traffic quick?

Begin with Medium for its instant audience, but also work on your own blog. As your blog grows, think about cross-posting or using SEO-friendly techniques. This way, you get the best of both worlds.

It depends on your goals for the blog. If you want to have full control over the content and monetization, then starting your own blog is the best option. However, if you want to reach a larger audience quickly, then posting on Medium may be the better choice.
