If you think your article indexing problem! you can fix those article manually or go to backlinks.
And I think Adsense is most popular so go to the Adsense!

I have a blog that's less than a year and having 95 PVs on average, yet, I've not monetized it.

The reason being that, the earnings can demotivate me to work harder.

Once you start monetizing it, you'd be focusing on earnings rather than growing the traffic.

If your website has targeted traffic and you have articles with commercial intent then you can try affiliate products. 15 uvs per day is not enough for adsense or ezoic to analyze the right kind of ads that should be displayed in your website. You can still use adsense/ezoic but the actual monetizing happens once you have at least 100 visitors per day.
