Should I start a new instagram account?

Hi there,

I started a fresh account four months ago in a pop culture niche with the goal to grow it to around 6K in 6-8months.

I'm currently at 1500 followers but I'm getting "follow blocked" more and more.

Since I know a lot more about what I was doing wrong now, do you think I should start fresh or do you think my account is still salvageable after multiple follow blocks, the last one lasting more than 48hrs.

Some info of what I've been doing:

- un-aged account
- light bot use only for follow / unfollow , no likes or comments (no more than 300 actions per day 40 per hour) started without much of a warm up
- manual posting of images from my iphone
- two other business partners occasionally replying to comments and liking a few followers pics from their phones around the world.
- no proxy on bot
- good content but with 25-30 mixed up and revolving hashtags
- engagement not growing from 750 user to 1500 maxes out around 110 likes still
- have had a manual unfollow app installed and used at a few intervals
- I can still see my images appearing in hashtag searches from other accounts

Love to hear if you think it's worth pressing on and adjusting or if I should start fresh?

In other words, how badly and how long term is your account effected after multiple follow bans?

it's not affected long ... so you don't have to start over

I would keep the account. Keep your business partners from logging into the account while the bot is running and make sure that you guys login from relatively close locations. That is probably where your problems are coming from.

Maybe agree to use a VPS to connect to the account and manage the account.
