Should i start a backlink selling website in 2020

I just want to know is there even any chance of running a successful backlink selling website with legitimate selling of backlinks.

The only tool I have in mind for getting sales is "Google ads" will I be able to convert if I target on specific keywords or not. price range is from 30 to 150 dollars. I think I can make this profitable but still, I want to know that can I make sales and get a profit using this model??

The RoI will be low with ads. I'd suggest you to launch a free tool or service for SEOs (particularly those looking for free backlinks), and then promote your service through banner ads, pop-ups, e-mail lists etc.

Thanks, I already have a website with 30+ free SEO tools. Maybe if I promote it could work.
