Should i sell my website?

He offer with good price, but careful with scamer etc.

if your website not updating again, you should sell it, it's more effective and you get fresh money.
If you do decide to go for it, take payments in BTC or any other major crypto. Crypto deals are best as once its done, there is no risk of chargeback or other myriad of scams that happen these days.

Also, take into consideration the time you need to earn Euro 5000 and what it means to you. Is it just 10% of your monthly income, then you have tthe luxury to take it light. If not, I suggest you put more consideration before deciding as Euro 5000 is a very generous offer and given that its just the initiating offer, you can squeeze even more if you do decide to
No profit forgotten about website versus $5000; sounds like an easy decision. Be careful though, it is an aged site, but the offer is a little high off of the specs in your post. I would make a counter offer and get a few more bucks for it if he wants it that bad though. Just make sure to use a third party for the transactions, make SURE that he takes it out of your name, and make a contract that he can have it AFTER the money clears.
Having content.ad is always advantage for a blog.
But domain authority between 40 to 50 is considered average.
Work on backlink to improve domain authority
If you lost interest in your blog its better to sell.
Sounds fishy, he might end up without a site and without money!
Ask for €6000 if he still wants to buy that's a sign for you to sell it, if he refuses, that is a sign to keep it
that's quite a generous offer try to make sure you use a middle man service just to ensure your protected.
I heard contend.ad is hard to get approve than Adsense?
nevertheless is interesting, I think other members guess right, he more want take over the contend.ad account with extra that is the site.
He will continue to add contents etc.
I guess he is interested in buying your ad account rather than a website. I guess $5000 is a great price. If possible try to sell it and buy another website which make monthly revenue of $200 - $400 form flippa. Work on it and then resell for a high price. Cheers.
Wow that much for a non earning site go for it
OK. That makes sense. I don't know much about content.ad network. They may also have restrictions on account transfer like that. All the accounts that I know are non transferable.

sell ;)

Thanks for your answers to everyone guys!

To be clear, it isn't scam since the guy is someone from my city and he offers me cash-on-hand. However as i said, i'm not sure if DA and PA of 15 and 11 is "good" and would it be hard to get that on a new site? Cheers everyone ! :)

Ask for €6000 if he still wants to buy that's a sign for you to sell it, if he refuses, that is a sign to keep it

I don't see the logic here.

Surely if the buyer is still interested at €6000, then it's clearly a worthwhile asset and you could say it's potentially worth double this amount.

If he refuses then you're stuck with something that you might not get even €5000 offered for again.

sell it and buy another site in 1000 usd

Be smart about it and don’t be emotional.

You said he’s paying for the content, right?

How long did it take you to write that content?

Check how many words you’ve got on your website, after that calculate how much is he offering you in terms of $/500 words.

Can you implement in this moment amz aff or clickbank on it?

Give us some more info.

To answer your question: PA 15 and DA 11 is below average, relatively low.

You won't believe how many times I've been offered X amount for my sites and domains and I have rejected. I've never had the opportunity to sell them again, even by improving the value.

If he refuses then you're stuck with something that you might not get even €5000 offered for again.

As @MisterF suggests, you won't be offered 5K€ again.

I would go for it straight away.

From my experience, I think the fear of underselling is overrated.

The only scenario I would not sell, if I'm working actively on something, and it's clearly motivating for me which has some extra value aside from a merely economical side.
Also be cautious because you might be scammed.

Sell and start a new project with the money! a lot of opportunities in BHW

If you stopped working on it a long time ago it means that you do not have a passion for it anymore. He is offering a really good price I think you should accept it.
