I've created my website like 2.5 years ago(it's a blog website, not affiliate), but i stopped working on it long time ago. It has some On-Page only SEO ranked posts (not page 1, mainly page 2-3) and it brings like very small traffic, ranges 30-70 views daily. It has 15 domain authority, 11 Page authority.

The guy needs my content.ad from the website and he offers me 5000EUR ( around 5700usd$).

I recently though thinked about starting to work again on it with SEO, but i don't know much about SEO and i'm not sure if the DA metric is good on my page and i should sell it.

I would like to hear thinkings. Thanks!

Do you have any consistent earnings?

If not, it is a lot of money for the content only. How much content you have on the site?

The offer is on very high side imo without knowing all the details.

Thanks

No, i think you misunderstood.

He wants the content.ad popads which are on my website, so that's why he's offering me that much. Appereantly content.ad network has been strict about approving users with black hat intends. Anyway i don't have income from that page, only thing that's confusing me is the DA and PA metrics, i don't know much SEO but i've wanted to get into it and i'm afraid if im about to lose a good site maybe?

Thanks for the answer anyway!

This.

If you lost passion to work on it then sell it. He offers a good price.

But if you think you can make something more of it and still means something to you, then maybe keep it, if you think it can earn you in future more then he offers.

He offer with good price, but careful with scamer etc.

if your website not updating again, you should sell it, it's more effective and you get fresh money.

If you feel that stuff is not worth it anymore then you can sell it, but look first for some good motivation then continue this stuff.

OK. That makes sense. I don't know much about content.ad network. They may also have restrictions on account transfer like that. All the accounts that I know are non transferable.

I guess he is interested in buying your ad account rather than a website. I guess $5000 is a great price. If possible try to sell it and buy another website which make monthly revenue of $200 - $400 form flippa. Work on it and then resell for a high price. Cheers.

I heard contend.ad is hard to get approve than Adsense?
nevertheless is interesting, I think other members guess right, he more want take over the contend.ad account with extra that is the site.
He will continue to add contents etc.

that's quite a generous offer try to make sure you use a middle man service just to ensure your protected.

Ask for €6000 if he still wants to buy that's a sign for you to sell it, if he refuses, that is a sign to keep it

Having content.ad is always advantage for a blog.
But domain authority between 40 to 50 is considered average.
Work on backlink to improve domain authority
If you lost interest in your blog its better to sell.

No profit forgotten about website versus $5000; sounds like an easy decision. Be careful though, it is an aged site, but the offer is a little high off of the specs in your post. I would make a counter offer and get a few more bucks for it if he wants it that bad though. Just make sure to use a third party for the transactions, make SURE that he takes it out of your name, and make a contract that he can have it AFTER the money clears.

If you do decide to go for it, take payments in BTC or any other major crypto. Crypto deals are best as once its done, there is no risk of chargeback or other myriad of scams that happen these days.

Also, take into consideration the time you need to earn Euro 5000 and what it means to you. Is it just 10% of your monthly income, then you have tthe luxury to take it light. If not, I suggest you put more consideration before deciding as Euro 5000 is a very generous offer and given that its just the initiating offer, you can squeeze even more if you do decide to sell ;)
