Should I give it up (Streaming Website)

Artist either want to be paid or gain some other benefit from using my website and app but with the low engagement on social media they don't see much benefit. Unfortunately, I don't have the resources to invest in advertising, and my social media accounts seem to be shadowbanned. I have 20k followers, but I'm not getting any engagement. I've tried everything to promote my website, but it's only generating enough revenue to cover the server bill. I even tried leaking unreleased music to get more traffic, but it was too risky, and I received a couple of DMCA takedown notices I could lose my domain and host by doing this and its a pretty top level domain. I also posted videos on social media to attract more traffic, but it didn't work out. At this point, I'm feeling discouraged and wondering if it's time to give up on this project.

Since you worked on this since 2013, you must know your industry very well....

Consider changing something in orded to maintain your site and apps up and running with today's trends.
