How much of an effect do cookies play in making a new reddit account?
Also if they are inportant is the Dolphin cookie bot a good option or does it get detected?

If you register a new account and immediately use Dolphin detection, the risk is very high. You should warm up the account first.

Your question doesn't really make sense unless there's something I'm missing here... You don't need any cookies before making a new account but it's good to save your browser cookies after you create the account for future use.
