you can message facbook support to ask them to appeal or you change to a new account and use another proxy

Facebook is telling you to add another admin before you remove this one, because this one is the last admin on the profile.

Please switch it to a new ad account and a new proxy. Discard the old account, even if the appeal is successful, it will still be limited.
 
You can contact support and appeals. If not, you can switch to a new account and a new proxy

then just use another bm, meta support center wont help you, share the assets you need the most, to new bm and thats all.
 
You can support them by contacting Facebook to ask them to resist. It will take a lot of time for you to create a new account
