Should i do an "SMM Panel Chargeback"?

Hi,
I used a SMM Panel i guess 160 Days ago.
I used them as a Backup Panel. However all the Followers have dropped now.
I paid 160$ for them. I dont want to contact the Panel because i dont have much Time and they wont refill anyway i guess :-(
So should i open a PayPal Chargeback for those Payments?

And i wrote in the pp payments "THIS PAYMENT IS FOR SERVICES AND IT IS NOT REFUNDABLE " Will PayPal accept the Dispute???

One guy requests a refund of one of my service after 2 years, just because he doesn't "use it", was 7 USD, yes 7 USD. Just imagine.

OP - If I was you, I just let it go, was 5 months, not 5 days, karma will slap you badly later.
