Should I do a blog or an ecommerce store?

Hi,

I really want to give this making money online thing a serious try. I'm still in college (engineering) and so I don't have much free time. I'd say about 1 solid hour per day from Mon to Fri and about three hours for Sat and Sun. So, 11-ish hours per week. I have about 300 to 600 to spend. I know HTML, CSS and newbie level JS. I have also developed patience due to failing a few online ventures before.

I also have a bunch of guides pirated for both blogs and ecommerce stores.

What should I do? Ecommerce or blog ... or something else?

Start lurking the forums. You been a member for a few years, haven't you read anything or browsed the forums in the 2 years you been registered?

Hey, yeah, I discovered this site a long time ago. I wanted to work on selling kindle books but my mom insisted that I should get a job (while doing college) instead and then I started chasing girls . So, I completely forgot about making money online for a while.

I find the ecommerce journeys here really inspiring because people seem to earn a lot of money in a very short time. But, I have like no free time and not a lot of money (approx. $500 without stress). So, working on a blog might be more suitable.

I can't decided what to do, man. I think, I might just flip a coin if I don't figure this out

You would probably be better off with a blog, ecommerce you are gonna have to pay for ads.

I would suggest going with the blog at this stage you are in right now. As the further OP mentioned it requires more investment on an ecommerce store.

Why not a free ecommerce in wp and use all the socail websites to promote .

Loads do it, and make cash .

Blog for each product will make you more cash for a single product ,

You can use blog for split testing , then add them to ecommerce the winners .
