Should I Disavow this?

Hi Guys I do not know if I should disavow this or not but what happens is this is a forum comment section, so someone comments my site there and now it keeps getting lots of backlinks from there from the same comment, note it is only 1 link inserted but maybe it is a bug? it keeps generating the backlinks should I disavow this?

The problem is that site is not on google search console external links only on AHREF that is crazy jesus christ

Just search on like site:example.com with the created comment links on Google. if it appears on Google (backlink URL) then remove it quickly. Otherwise, you should keep your website from spammy links. from future Algorithm or Manual penalties. :)
 
If its getting more irrelevant referring domains you should disavow it.

Don't have to worry about whether it's shows in G-Search console or not, since you have seen on AHREF better you disavowed them to stay safe!
 
I think that cannabis falls in the spam category so you should normally be careful about such links. But if it's only 1 link and it doesn't harm your rankings you can ignore it...
 
It could be due to a bug or some automated process, You can disavow these backlink.
 
One link isn't a problem. However, if it keeps getting generated repeatedly, it looks like automation. Just disavow those links.
