Hi Guys I do not know if I should disavow this or not but what happens is this is a forum comment section, so someone comments my site there and now it keeps getting lots of backlinks from there from the same comment, note it is only 1 link inserted but maybe it is a bug? it keeps generating the backlinks should I disavow this?

Just search on like site:example.com with the created comment links on Google. if it appears on Google (backlink URL) then remove it quickly. Otherwise, you should keep your website from spammy links. from future Algorithm or Manual penalties.
