Should i delete my google webmaster tools?

I am debating whether I should delete my google webmaster tools account, does anyone have any positive/negative experiences from deleting their webmaster account such as ranking increases/decreases or deindexation?

Also, what would happen to the disavow file I have on the account? Any info would be extremely useful, I can't make up my mind to do it or not.
