I did SEO for over 12 years on the same niche.

9 years ago I've opened an youtube channel and uploaded a few videos (not related to my niche, it was just to get some views/subscribers) - then forgot about it.

2 years ago, Google started to show youtube videos in the serp (on my niche), resulting in loss of my traffic. So I decided to upload videos on my old channel. Deleted the old non-related videos and started with 0 uploads, even I already had like 11k subs from the old videos.

IT'S THE SAME VIDEO - to be clearly. (about 3 minutes long)

So I've only changed the titles, thumbs and descriptions (+video file titles, etc) and uploaded so far 350 videos (same video!) that got me like 270k views so far.

(the channel is not monetized due to duplicate content, however I do CPA stuff that earns me like 350-400 usd from 1k US visits on my landing page - I do put a link on description, and send users to my landing page).

Because both landing page (a tool) and the video are pretty old (like 10 years), I decided to start over with a new LP (tool) much updated to these times, and I'm planning to create a new video (or more!) showing how my niche works.

So there's my changes:

1. a new tool (landing page), or more tools.
2. a new video showing how the tool works + address URL (till now I only had the link in video's description) - a way better and long video.
3. ask the users to comment + subscribe to the channel (never did).

That's being said, what should I do? Should I open a new channel and start from scratch or continue with this channel?

Some stats:
Subscribers: +12k
Views: +270k (300-400 a day, 50% from US)
Traffic: External - because my videos are shown in Google serp, +80% of views come from Google.

I also need some tips on how to make the video as unique as possible.

Thank you for your time.

You’ve already got authority and steady google traffic, so starting over would waste that. Make the new video unique by showing the tool in action, adding commentary, giving a fresh perspective dont just repeat the old format.

Thank you for the advice.

the videos are long, about 3 minutes each.
looking for more advices :)

What you've got is an account ready to be sold . I used to do Youtube CPA and Aff Marketing few years back, CPA with old accs.... i did live videos for Gift cards, robux, Vbucks niches (they still works) and Clickbank.... and was earning on Ogads , Cpalead and CB combined around 200-700$ daily for few months until I discovered something better.......

Sellers do YT OLD ACCS sells (2010-2016+ ACCS with old VIDS....uploads some new vids on them...bost with views and some likes and ranks in less than few hours still..) .... if something works for you there, get few accounts like yours .. its 40-50$ per acc....and repeat same thing on all accs...maybe think of related niches. There is still money to be made from methods like these.... but need to be not so much in "plain sight".

Stick with your existing channel to leverage the subscriber base and google visibility. Focus on creating a genuinely helpful walkthrough with updated visuals, clear explanations and new tips anything that differentiates it from your older uploads.

thank you, I guess will continue with the old one.
how about changing channel name/url, will this affect in any way?

Stick with the current channel its history and traffic are valuable.
Make your new video stand out by adding real time demos, practical examples and personal insights that werent in the old videos.
